A Norcrest fine china plate uniquely numbered RL 30. Dutch girl holding a letter on envelope and flowers. Plate is 7 1/2". It has a gold rim around the entire edge of the plate, all intact. The colors on the plate are all brilliant. It also has the hanging attachment.
