Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

Non-Refundable Items

Home goods and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Home decor
  • Kitchenware
  • Bedding and linens
  • Storage and organization items
  • Jewelry and accessories

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at your store email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
